Bot not responding in the same language

A user wrote in in English and then wrote in in Spanish. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi Craig, have you selected English as the default language? That should fix your problem.
I’ve noticed that sometimes misspelled words can trigger another language if the option above is set to “speak all languages”

Got it. We do need it to speak all languages since our product is available in multiple languages/countries.

We will take a look at that, but I have already observed this behavior with powered ChatGPT platforms. If it’s something that does not happen very often, I would not worry about it.
