Bot not using training data

Hi Team, first of all, where can I access Support?

Second, my bots are not using the training data. I added specific information and google sheets and google docs, and the bot has no idea about it. How long does it take for the embeddings to be effective? Whats going on?

I configured these as live sync.

i have the same issue. It should be instantly. I have several clients reach out to me telling me the bot stopped providing accurate answers. It hallucinates to an extreme extent as well

We are not aware of any issues with the bot not using the training data.
