Collecting data case

I would like to have the option of triggering the collecting data feature in the chatbot based on user intent. Currently, I have a use case for the tourism industry where we rent apartments, and users do not want to provide their data before asking questions. I would like users to be able to have a conversation with the chatbot first, and then when they indicate that they want to make a reservation, the chatbot will collect their data. Is this possible?
