Direct Response in Conversations via Email, WhatsApp or Phone Call

Since we already have the ability to collect email and phone number, it is possible to have the ability to send direct message to visitors via: Email, WhatsApp or Phone Call. This will appear in the Conversations area like so.

It looks like a nice feature to add, but we need to think of a way to integrate this solution. It can only be done if we have previously collected contacts from the user via data collection.
