each bot got unique Id - so it can have its own email address (or however you want to make it technically) and any user - Admin or customer - can just send Email directly to the knowledge base.
that way you can send text, attachments etc - immidiatly to train the bot without going into your accout, will workk from everywhere, mobile as well, and email works with trillion automations and integrations so its easy to set up auto-system or integrations for the bot to learn
