Help! Chatbot making up a service that do not exist

Hi @Simone and @Fatos,

How can we prevent the chatbot from answering questions like this?

We have not mentioned anything about “passport application reference number” but that chatbot is asking it from our visitors as if we provide such service but we don’t. Please help us or teach us on how to fix this.

Maybe we can create a custom prompt that will tell the chatbot to avoid:
scenario 1, scenario 2, etc…

Appreciate your help or maybe someone from the community can help us.

this is exactly what i was going to suggest, explain on the custom prompt what happen when someone enquire for a passport.
