New Chatbot Language Capabilities 🌐

All the latest updates about Answerly & Products. In our most recent update, we’re excited to announce new language capabilities for the chatbot!

Now, you have two options: the automatic language feature, where the chatbot responds in whichever language it’s addressed in:

Or you can set a specific language for the chatbot to use:

You can access these features in the new AI Identity settings page.

If your language isn’t supported, then please let us know. We will add it in no time! :zap:

A quick question. When we select only one language. Is it then okay to train the agent with documents, etc in that language?
