New CNAME records for agencies & other updates

We are thankful for the support and feedback that our dedicated user base has provided as we continue to streamline and improve Answerly.

Here are the latest updates and improvements:

Update 1: New CNAME Records for Whitelabel Accounts

With this latest update, all Whitelabel accounts can now make use of new CNAME records automatically. Wherever a CNAME feature is available, it can now be found under a generic hostname in your Whitelabel dashboard.

We encourage all our Whitelabel users to explore and make use of this new feature.

Update 2: Enhanced Product Menu and General Bug Fixes

We have made significant improvements to our product menu, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

We have also addressed several minor bugs that were reported, by our user community, thereby making Answerly’s overall user experience more seamless and enjoyable.

Update 3: Coming Soon!

Here’s a sneak peek of what to look forward to in the near future:

  • WhatsApp Integration: Scheduled for release by the end of August. As mentioned during the AppSumo QA, we’ll be launching an integration with WhatsApp to enable seamless and efficient communication for your business.

  • Prompt Debugger: Currently in development is our ‘Prompt Debugger’, designed to address most AI-related issues. We believe that this feature will greatly enhance your use of the knowledge hub. We will share more details as we get closer to the launch.

We continue to work tirelessly on fixing bugs and enhancing the performance of our software. Our focus is on prioritizing tasks that will deliver the most significant improvements to our users’ experience.

As always, we look forward to hearing your experiences with these new updates and any suggestions you may have. The feedback of our user base is what continues to drive our improvements. Thank you for your continued support.

I don’t understand what the update in cname is? What is different from before?

@paradisianway

The old CNAME records had mentions of our product names as they were created before we introduced whitelabeling.

With this update, on a whitelabel dashboard, the CNAME records are obscure and won’t lead your customers back to us.
