Pixel not working and not recognizing

I have added the Chatbot code on the website and it shows on the website code but Answerly is saying it cant find it.

Now I do not want to give all the details here since its public info.

How do I actually contact support without giving all the info publicly?

Hi Moxitek, I think the problem is that you have not enabled the bot to be shown on all pages.

I have solved the issue by entering the website without the “www” prefix and refreshing a couple of times. It has now been verified. Thank you for your patience.
