Problem with my license


I had a a certain tier level (added as the giveaway winner) to account with login email : pe… @….com

(It was added by Fatos manually using codes)

I had wanted to make that a higher tier at the last minute (before the countdown reached zero on the Appsumo page) so I purchased code from Appsumo and tried to activate it in this account.

Little did I suspect that this would interfere with the original tier I already had, and the previous tier I had was erased! :woman_shrugging:

(Apparently the Appsumo activation interferes with the manual account activation that was already on my account)

I then decided to REFUND what I bought from Appsumo to get back to my to my original tier and I was now put on the free trial :woman_facepalming:t4:

So my question now is :

:point_right: Can you please help me reactivate my account back to the original tier level I had?
