SMTP Settings - Can't update White Label Email

I am attempting to setup my white label but am having difficulty getting the email branding to work correctly. I’m using Google Workspace for email and can’t seem to get the connection to work regardless what port number I try to use. I’m entering: with port 587 and my usual Google Workspace/gmail credentials. After hitting test connection, I get “Error SMTP Connection Failed”. Has anyone ran into this problem. I emailed Answerly and was told to message here. Thank you.

Hi With Google Gmail you will have to create an app password, please follow this guide
