Hello @Fatos you’ve really done well. At this point i think the white labeling of the Help File is very important, as the updates keeps coming. i suggest we should white label the Help File. Please @Fatos, @Nevrie look into this.
Am also thinking that the Plan creator should include things like WhatsApp integration, Facebook Integration and Instagram integration as an option. So that plans like the Free plans will not have it, or it will work for like 14 days in free plan before it expires, this will make our potential clients opt in for a paid plan.
I’ve just added the new channels as options for the plan creator, and they’ll be available tomorrow along with the two updates mentioned.
The help center being fully automated and white-labeled presents several technical challenges we haven’t yet resolved, but there is progress – This update is good for both of us, as it will greatly improve the agency package & and ensuring seamless updates without affecting your help centers!

The new workspace switcher icon can be found in the menu. It only appears if your account has more than one workspace.

We are also considering ways to customize the icons menu to make it feel less cluttered. Would offering an option to personalize the menu icons and save these settings with your account be too much?
