Stop Answerly saying it has made a booking

I’m setting up a bot for an acupuncture clinic.

When a question is asked about making a booking, the bot says something similar to “Of course! We would be happy to help you book an appointment. Please let us know which service you are interested in and when you would like to schedule your appointment.”

If you then give a time and date, the bot replies that an appointment has been made, which is hasn’t. This will cause problems. How do I stop it?

We use Ovatu for booking and this URL Book - Juniper Clinic is there any way to either just redirect to this link?, or actually make a booking? That would be great.
