I cannot have my app work on iOS devices. I have shared screenshots before but there has been no action yet.
Also, the cname URL is not happening. Please help.
Hi Liam, I just sent you a private message about your whitelabel setup and the iOS problem. I couldn’t find any screenshots, only a URL.
I also had problems to show on IOS which my programmer solved by updating host caching and security plugin settings (not sure if helpful, may be worth to investigate…)

The problem was end of last year, gone now. I went through so many iterations on website to integrate AnswerlyBot + PopupHero + security plugin, firewall, caching updates - too many changes to narrow down to a specific root cause. Sorry, can’t be of much help here.
