Hi Team, @Fatos is there any ETA on automatic chat script email to account holder when the chat is idle for more than a min etc?

Absolutely! Would love this function, especially when there is a human takover, and that the human knows what the conversation before ‘joining’ knows what is already talked about with the bot.
