So my GoogleDoc, even when it’s set to sync in realtime, doesn’t seem to sync on the knowledge hub page.
To test, I made changes on the Google Doc a few hours ago and now, it’s still showing that it was sync’d yesterday.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it possible to trigger a sync using an API call?

I’m now getting this error when I deleted and reuploaded the Google Doc.
Partially synced. Please try to delete and import data set again.
If I choose do not sync, it syncs fine.
update:
Clicked on EDIT and set it to Sync in realtime.
Made changes on the Google Doc and about 10 mins in, the sync date still didn’t get updated.

Hi Sharjan, how big is your document?
It should work, as we don’t have people complaining about any sync problems with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
I know that syncing will take time depending on how big the document is.
