The AI Forms seem to only trigger at the beginning, which is basically, a form.
Is there any way to make them more like “Conversational Forms”? Like, to instruct the bot to capture X, Y and Z details, and then, parse the conversation and responses to extract from there what actually is X, Y and Z?

Yes, something like that.
But also something like, if the client talks about placing an order, then trigger the agent to share a specific form built to capture order details.
I think this would be two different ones, like, after a conversation, the agent trying to fill by itself a form like, a profile of who he talked with.
Yes, that’s currently possible! We’ve added forms as functions in Training, so you can trigger a form based on specific descriptions. For example, if a client talks about placing an order, the agent can share a specific form to capture those order details.
