I am very happy with the new features of the last days (Custom API Calls, WhatsApp integration) and it shows that Answerly is still fully developing!
Because of that, I would request another feature of which would be awesome if possible. It would be great to make Mobile Web Apps (PWA) from the chatbot, so people can ‘install’ the chatbot on there smartphone homescreen.
I understand that some requests come at a cost
Ok, so a small update from my end. Note that I am not a developer or something, but I like to play around with some coding and chatGPT
I managed to make a PWA myself with some custom coding and the ‘Custom JS’ section in the widget-part (yay for this functionality!)
I do prefer a solid way to do this inside Answerly but this is fun for now. You can try it out with my demo-bot:

On android in google chrome you have to go to the three dots in the upper right corner, press add to homescreen (or something like that) and press install.
On iphone you have to go to the middle icon on the bottom and search for ‘put on startscreen’ or something like that.
Now I have to look for a way to let the chatbot show a install button or something, but I can’t seem to manage this with custom CSS or custom JS. Let the chatbot say; You can install me, just press ‘button’ would also be cool, but right now I haven’t figured out how to do this.
And I would really like a push-notification setting to push a notification for new functions or just a marketing-notification. Currently I am trying to get OneSignal (www.onesignal.com) to work, but no luck thus far
