I just want to clarify that existing agencies can activate WhatsApp channel by going to My agency → Products → Answerly → Customize - > Enable WhatsApp Channel
It’s disabled by default for now, so we don’t affect your current setups.
The new WhatsApp settings page is unbranded for whitelabels. @Marvin

Thank you @Fatos for clarifying. Absolutely stunning. So The Agent will work exactly like in the web, only via WhatsApp. So the customer can interact fluently with it via whatsapp??

Hi @Marvin ,
Yes pretty much! There are some very few web-only features that don’t work in WhatsApp, but there subtle warnings in the dashboard about it.
The WhatsApp agents also support functions from your AI trainings – which means it can send you images, videos, etc.
Here’s an example:

I don’t have access to a new business WhatsApp account so I have to test things out later, but can you tell me if the following parts are possible:
Can the WhatsApp bot send the iframe embeds the agent has right now? (for instance a weather widget when someone asks for the weather)
Can I send a photo through WhatsApp and can gpt vision read and responds to it?

But now we have Answerly showing on our Agency Dashboard.
Look for this statement:" Note: An active WhatsApp Business profile is required to connect with Answerly." just below the phone number.
