When I go into FacePop I keep having to refresh the page in order to see things

@Fatos @Simone When I go into FacePop I keep having to refresh the page in order to see things.

Most everything appears blank until I refresh the page when working in FacePop. I was also talking to someone else today and we were looking at his account, and I saw the same thing I am experiencing.

Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s just very annoying to have to keep refreshing the page when it displays blank.

For example, if I log into FacePop (for white label), and and go to Account Settings and typically I see NOTHING on the left side under my name.

Then, when I refresh the page, the content shows back up.

Hi Gary, I have also noticed this behavior. I think it’s a hosting related issue and it’s temporary.

Ok. But it’s been going on for at least the past week, so it’s not very temporary. :frowning:

Is there anything someone can do to look into it further to fix the issue and not just have us “wait” till it clears up on it’s own, if it ever does? :slight_smile:

Hey Gary are you able to reproduce the issue? so i can do it myself and record for the developers?
