I have appsumo Max tier and agency pla, but when i add a client i only can give him free or white label plan

Yes currently you can only choose between Whitelabel and Free, however we are working on a plan creator which will allow choosing between multiple plans.

So I believe the free plan comes without a whitelabel and while we talk about the pro plan that comes under the white label for our sub-users., @Nevrie please clarify once 
The free plan has some limitations, including access to just 1 agent, 2 datasets, and basic branding options. However, the Pro plan offers enhanced features such as unlimited training and agents, along with the option for no branding.
