Hi, my client wants to use a chatbot internally at his company and I have questions from him regarding the security of the data on which he trains the chatbot:

  1. where is the data for training the chatbot stored - where exactly are the servers and with which provider?
  2. what exactly looks like and what is the basis for the processing of the data with which Customers train the chatbot.
    I will have a conversation with the Client on this topic and would ask for as much information as possible.
