I have Facepop + Answerly Whitelabel:
No direct links are currently available for client agents available.
Id like to have these as custom urls:
Videobox: Facepop = video.rechatbox.com
Rechatbox: Answerly = chat.rechatbox.com

We’re working on an update to ensure custom domains are set as default for both Facepop and Answerly. In the meantime, please instruct your clients to add their own custom domains as needed.

I want to let you know that custom CSS has been added as well today!
I’m just letting you know here since we are not releasing a changelog update for it.

@Fatos The custom domain issue is still not resolved. Standard should be our custom domains. But client could add their own. Does not make sense to give clients not a direct link and QR code available!!
I totally agree with you, and I understand the importance of having custom domains set up correctly. We’re currently working on this issue, and I’ll make sure to let you know once it’s resolved.
